Over the last years the tech industry has seen a huge rise in the number of people choosing career paths in tech daily. More jobs are also being created day after day with new companies being founded and existing ones expanding due to the unending number of problems that tech looks to solve for mankind.

The job market in the industry can be a very tough one to navigate especially for people looking for their first jobs or to break into the industry. This has become a problem and a major source of questions from juniors and entry-level tech talents who lack clue on navigating their ways to their first jobs. Many companies have also identified this and have tried to make entry-level opportunities available to candidates, but we can be very sure that most times only the lucky juniors are able to grab the opportunities. Most times it ends up in the hands of experienced people who are just unemployed and are seeking a quick way out.

At Stacklent we have studied all this and have taken it as a mission to be an entirely different space created specifically for juniors in tech (majorly Engineers and Designers) to present them with opportunities with the best employers in the world with 90% of the efforts on us.
